Arrival Instructions: Call our dispatch office 20 minutes before arriving at Terminal 5. Follow signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay and proceed to the designated Meet & Greet area. Hand over your keys to our uniformed driver and proceed to the terminal.
Return Instructions: Call our team once you have collected your bags and cleared customs. Follow the signs back to the Short Stay car park meeting point where your vehicle will be waiting, ready for your drive home.
