Premium Meet & Greet

I accidentally drove into the wrong car park area at the terminal and got a ticket. I called Air Park Pro support immediately, and they were brilliant. They told me exactly what to do and helped mitigate the cost. It's reassuring to know there's a helpful team on the other end of the phone.

The booking process on the website was incredibly easy. I received my confirmation email straight away and the instructions were clear. Communication was excellent throughout. A very professional operation from start to finish.

Punctuality is key for airport parking, and Air Park Pro delivered. I called them 20 minutes before arriving at the terminal, and the driver was there. Same on my return, called after collecting my bags, and the car was waiting for me at the short-stay car park. Flawless timing.

Travelling with two young kids and a lot of luggage is chaotic. The Meet & Greet service was a lifesaver. Driving straight to the terminal and having someone take the car from there saved us so much time and hassle. The driver was patient and helpful.

Leaving your car for two weeks is always a worry, but I felt very secure with Air Park Pro. The compound is monitored with CCTV and has regular patrols. The requirement to take photos of the car at drop-off also gave me extra peace of mind. Came back to the car exactly as I left it.

The Business Class service is a game-changer. Dropped the car off, and came back to it washed and fully charged (it’s an EV). They even covered the Heathrow drop-off charge. It took all the usual stress out of the airport run. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Choose the Park and Ride service to save a bit of money and was very impressed. The yard was easy to find (and outside the ULEZ zone which was a bonus!) and the shuttle to the terminal was quick. For the price, the security and efficiency were top-notch. Great value.

First time using a meet and greet and Air Park Pro made it so easy. The driver was waiting for us right at the terminal, was professional, and wore a clear uniform. Handing over the keys was quick and felt secure. The car was returned promptly on our arrival. Will definitely use the Premium service again!
