Official airport car parks still leave EV drivers to charge before they arrive. Business Class at Heathrow includes a complimentary EV charge as standard. The car goes to a commercial Type 2 / CCS point during the stay, with the aim of a 100% charge on return.
That inclusion is Heathrow Business Class only. On Park & Ride, Economy and Premium, EV charging may be a paid add-on; this post does not quote that price. Luton has no Business Class and no EV charging on APP bookings.
Leave enough range at drop-off, bring the correct cable or adapter if needed, and remember a full battery can still depend on charger network availability. ULEZ remains the driver’s TfL responsibility if the car is non-compliant.
